Honda Civic Won't Start Check Abs System

If the Honda Civic is not starting and has a brake system problem indicator light on will likely be due to a problem with the electronic parking brake that is stuck. Cant even unlock it without the metal key.

This problem has caused my 2017 civic touring to fully shut down and not start. Then the warning to check brakes comes on followed by check ABS system. This time its complete shutdown. Or is the brake system warning light on too. Lights windows radio etc all okay but the car wont even try to crank.
